Planet Tree art print

This is one of the very first designs I made and from now on it will be a permanent donation product on my shop. The benefits of the sale will go to the Kilian Jornet Foundation, working on the preservation of the mountain environment.
Kilian Jornet is an amazing trail runner and athlete who expends his life in some of the most beautiful mountains of the world. He can see, first hand and everyday, how climate change and pollution are specially affecting this very vulnerable environment.
I am a mountain lover myself. They make me feel so small and humble and so powerful at the same time. Mountains are one of the few places were I have felt a true sense of connection with nature and the earth in a spiritual level. Nothing compares to be up there by myself.
I’ve also seen with my own eyes the devastating effects of the lack of knowledge and respect, the disappearing of glaciers, the abuse of the resources…
That’s why I want to combine my admiration for Kilian and my love for mountains to set up this donation product.
More info about the print: Like I said it’s one of my very first designs. It is hand printed by me in my little studio in Berlin. I won’t be buying any paper for this prints, instead I will use all the scrap and leftover paper that accumulates at the studio from time to time. That’s why the paper will be different from one print run to the other and probably also the sizes will be different too.
This time is a sand color paper on a 50×50 cm size.
